a slap on my face?

the break is over and i am having too much fun. i can't wait to start classes too and tonight is officially my last night of having fun, because tomorrow i need to get myself move. move away from this comfort zone. i haven't really reading my marketing book. i read, then i sleep, and when i woke up, it was already fajr. it is not that marketing is no fun but i can't get my mind working for it. i cannot predict how is the exam will be. i am thinking too much maybe. 

washington dc is another beautiful place for sight seeing. i recorded it all in my mind instead of taking pictures of the scenery. the camera eyes just not a match to record all those great things happening there. we went visited an old 'friend'. awkward enough to call him 'encik', we prefer to go with 'kau aku' instead. less formality, effective conversation, well, so and so. wafi and tasnim are always cute, brilliant kids. 

tasnim: nanti kakak pindah rumah baru. rumah baru besar lagi dari rumah ni. kakak ada bilik sendiri nanti. 

me: ye? best tak rumah baru? ada kawan?

tasnim: best. ada kawan. nama dia K.N.O.O.

me: eh? nama dia K.N.O.O? nama panggilan ke tue.

tasnim: aah. nama dia khairul umairah, panggil K. adik dia panggil OO tak tau nama betul.

me: oooooooooooooooOOOOOooooooooooooo.... K and OO..(-_-")

i am super happy with this trip and for me, this is so far the best. going on a vacation with the people you feel you can survive with. spending the night in backpackers inn instead a motel or hotel. we met a lot of people. free pancakes every morning, cooking like crazy in the kitchen and making the whole inn smelled like 'ikan bilis', having nice warm coffee while discussing about what to do tomorrow, and the best is having fun without much money slipped away from your pocket. 

i am too lazy to explore the dslr. and my pictures happen to be lousy. it's okay, i still have time to fix that (before along wedding perhaps). my driving lesson is going on pretty well and i hope to be able to drive legally soon. it is much easier to move and not depending on brothers too much to go anywhere. we have some sisters who can drive here but none among the three of us can drive pretty well.

nak buat macamna, asyik pegi tempat lain dari orang lain..hehe..next RIS is in LA this May, inshaAllah. i really want to go again. well, it is a good deal as i never went to LA before. =)
